DR. THEOPHILE RUA
FOUNDERDr. RUA is a Projects director and finance analyst. He holds a Doctorate in finance, project management and Society organization, from the University of California Northridge, USA. He earned his Master's in economic and social administration at the University of Mirail Jean Jaures, Toulouse, and A Bachelor’s degree in Economic and social development at USIU, Nairobi. He has previously worked with European Union and UNDP and He is a Founder of SOFIPRES, UCAE, ECOFIMA, THEMIC,RES, MSE, CTR, BEP, and RUA Revenu Universel activate.
