Mrs. MUKAYIRANGA RUGABIRA Chantal
TREASURERChantal is an educator, trainer of trainers, Jurist, and Legal Aid Expert. She holds a Bacc degree in Education and French Linguistics and Bachelor's degree in Law. She was previously a Secretary to the Peace Corps in Bukavu/ DRC; Teacher at the Ecole Belge in Goma/ DRC and an agent in charge of communication and Education for Health at the Ministry of Health, Rwanda. She is currently in charge of Legal Aid at the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Local Administration in Kigali/Rwanda.
